The registration for the International Youth Media Forum "MediaVostok" is opened

The young media workers from different countries will determine the development of international youth journalism. The International Youth Media Forum “MediaVostok” will be in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk from 5 to 7 October 2017.

The Forum that is organized by the International Association of Students Television, will unite young journalists from different countries on one platform.

The participants will include graduate students, Master’s Degree Students and practicing journalists. The Forum format assumes the project activity. The Forum is aimed at developing a common interaction system of young journalists from Russia and other countries (China, Japan, etc.).

Sakhalin State University acts as a founding member of this forum, International Association of Students Television is co-organized.

The Forum are supported by:

  •  the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation
  •  Government of Sakhalin region
  • The National Education TV channel “Prosveshenie”
  • The Russian Students’ Center “Rosstudenchestvo”

International Youth Media Forum “Media Vostok” will be held from the 5th till 7th of October 2017 in Sakhalin State University, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

The goal of this Forum is to unite students’ initiative associations that form informational space in Russian and foreign Universities, to form international opportunities for young journalists, to make international youth media projects.

All you need to do to participate is to visit the project page and register. The acceptance of applications will end on September 15, 2017, for foreign participants on August 10, 2017. Detailed information is provided in The Regulation on the International Youth Media Forum “Media Vostok”.
